Mullins & Henry was established in 1982 and has been part of Maynooth as your local opticians for many years. We offer a full range of eye care services including enhanced eye tests, children's eye examinations, retinal photography, tonometry, visual field test, colour vision, contact lens expertise, and much more.
At Mullins & Henry, we focus on your eye care which is our main priority. We provide an extremely professional service to all our customers and have done for the last 40 years.

Should you require new spectacles, our team members, including frame stylists, are on hand to offer their expertise. We are passionate about eyewear and are proud to offer a wide choice of fabulous glasses.
Michael Mullins
Optometrists
Michael is our resident Optometrist. He graduated from the Dublin Institute of Technology in 1981 and became a fellow of the Association of Optometrists. He established Mullins & Henry alongside his colleague Derek Henry in 1982.
Marrisia
Dispensing Optician
Marrisia graduated B.S.C. in Ophthalmic Dispensing, Technological University Dublin, CORU registered. Loves to find the perfect style and fit for every customer.
Kaitlyn
Optical Assistant
Kaitlyn started working in optics at just 15 years old and has been passionate about helping people see clearly ever since. Known for her friendly nature and customer-first approach, she makes every visit a pleasant experience.
Eric
Optometrist
Originally from the United States, Eric brings many years of optometric experience to our practice. He is dedicated to providing thorough, compassionate eye care and takes the time to ensure every patient feels comfortable and well looked after.
